RAP' Push in Fittings

Pneumax RAP' Push-In Fittings are high-quality brass connectors designed for fast, tool-free tube connection and disconnection in pneumatic, vacuum, and low-pressure hydraulic circuits. Manufactured in Italy to ISO standards, they are available in a broad range of models and sizes for integration into diverse automation and industrial systems.

Features and Technical Specifications

• Material: Nickel-plated brass (RAP, RAP-Black, OT variants) with thrust sleeves available in green, blue, black, or grey for easy identification.

• Tube Sizes: 4mm to 16mm OD, compatible with TPU (polyurethane), PA11/PA12 (polyamide), and PE tubing.

• Thread Connections: M5, M6, M12x1.5, 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" BSP parallel or tapered. Models include straight adaptors, elbows, tees, bulkhead connectors, and cartridge fittings.

• Operating Pressure: Suitable for compressed air circuits up to 26 bar (at 20°C with PA12 tube), and tested for breaking pressures up to 90 bar depending on tube and fitting size.

• Temperature Range: -20°C to +70°C (standard RAP), and up to +80°C for RAP OT, with special models available for higher temperatures.

• Seal: O-rings (NBR/Viton/FKM depending on variant) ensure leak-free performance. The brass gripper and thrust sleeve guarantee strong retention and easy release without tools.
