Pneumax stainless steel fittings are engineered for demanding pneumatic, vacuum, and low-pressure hydraulic applications, offering superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. They are available in a wide selection of push-in, threaded, and adaptor styles crafted from AISI 316L stainless steel or RX-series brass with stainless steel components.
Materials: Constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel (push-in Series SS) or RX-series brass with stainless steel elements for specific adaptors and flow control uses.
Tube Compatibility: Designed for metric tube sizes (commonly 4mm–12mm OD), supporting polyurethane, PA12 nylon, and other industrial tubing.
Thread Types: BSPP (parallel), BSPT (tapered), and NPT from M5 through 1/2", with adaptors and reducers available for custom circuits.
Pressure Rating: Standard stainless steel fittings handle compressed air or vacuum up to 10 bar; specialized high-pressure series can support much higher pressures as required in hydraulic or lubrication systems.
Temperature Range: Typical operating range -20°C to +140°C, providing reliable sealing and function in aggressive chemical or washdown environments.
Seal Options: Fitted with O-rings (NBR, Viton, or FKM depending on application) for reliable leak-free operation.
SS Series: Includes straight adaptor, male/female, elbow, bulkhead, tee, banjo, and flow control models—with parallel or tapered threads for pipes and panels.
RX Series: Brass body with stainless steel components—designed for food, beverage, and high-corrosion industrial installations.
