Please note: Stock availability varies across our range. Some items ship in 2–4 working days, while others may have longer lead times depending on the manufacturer. We will contact you if the leadtime for delivery to yourself is lengthy. Should you require your items urgently, please feel free to contact us to check availability or alternatives.

Carriage Conditions (UK Mainland):

Carriage Free Threshold: £150 Applicable to the standard delivery option 

The terms relate to Mainland UK addresses only.  The following exceptions apply:

The following areas are not eligible for the next day delivery service:

  • Aberdeenshire 
  • Guernsey
  • Outer Herbrides
  • Isle of Man 
  • Inverness
  • Arran
  • Millport 
  • Kirkwall
  • Isle of Bute
  • Perthshire 
  • Truro
  • Shetland

Charges for more remote locations, e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc. may vary. Pneumatic Systems reserves the right to provide 2/3 day service for palletised orders and/or orders over 25kg in weight. Premium delivery services are available on request. It may not be possible to provide a same day service on some products. Certain products in large quantities may attract a higher carriage charge.

Delivery Services: (Non UK Mainland)

Prices confirmed on check out. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight. Delivery times are estimated as 2-3 days but we will review this on an order by order basis. We do not offer Next Day delivery.. Goods can be collected by your own courier if required. We will contact you to advise that your order is ready for collection.

Europe and Global Delivery Terms & Conditions:

For European or other global destination shipments other carriage charges and time scales will apply. Please contact us for details and prices otherwise we shall advise you upon order placement. 

When buying goods from the UK and sending them to the EU or the rest of the world, you'll be likely to encounter customs duties. This cost is not covered by ourselves and will need to be paid by yourself before delivery.

Any delay in delivery caused by customs authorities is outside our control. In the event that customs require additional information while your parcel is being held, either the courier or ourselves will contact you to request such information. You must respond promptly; if you do not respond and the goods are destroyed, returned, or incur additional charges as a result, you will be solely responsible for any such loss or cost. If the goods are returned to us because you failed to provide the information requested by customs, any item cost and shipping charges paid will not be refundable.

 

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase, if you notice an error, contact info@pneumaticsystems.co.uk as soon as possible so we can attempt to amend the delivery address if the item has not yet been dispatched. Any order returned to us with an incorrect address will be subject to an additional delivery charge to be resent. If a refund is requested, this will be subject to our Refund Policy.
