'Techno 'RAP' Push in Fittings

Pneumax ‘Techno RAP’ Push-In Fittings, also known as Technopolymer RAP fittings, are automatic push-in connectors manufactured using advanced technopolymer material. They are designed for easy, tool-free tube connection and disconnection in pneumatic and vacuum applications, combining lightweight construction with reliable sealing and mechanical strength.

Features and Technical Specifications

  • Material: High-grade technopolymer body for corrosion resistance and light weight, paired with seals made of NBR or Viton for chemical compatibility.

  • Tube Sizes: Accept metric tubes from 4mm to 14mm outer diameter, suitable for polyurethane, nylon (PA11/PA12), and polyethylene tubing.

  • Thread Sizes: Range of threads—including M3 to 1/2" (automatic/mini) and M5 to 1" (standard)—for system integration flexibility.

  • Operating Pressure: Maximum working pressure up to 10 bar.

  • Temperature Range: -20°C to +50°C (TECNO RAP series), suitable for most automated pneumatic circuits.

  • Configurations: Available in straight, elbow, tee, bulkhead, and various function fittings such as flow regulators and quick exhausts for versatile system design.
